The place I enjoy getting my beans from the most is a small roasting house in Green Bay, WI, simply known as La Java. La Java roasts their own beans, and also is a small coffee shop. They have an incredible selection of coffees and teas.
This time I chose the Brazilian Sweet Yellow. It is delicate yet contains a complex flavor. Low acidity with a hint of citrus. This is a medium bodied coffee, but still satisfying.
