I thoroughly enjoy coffee, not to mention require the caffeine. Most of us have generic, nondescript vending service coffee to supply us with our caffeine fix during the day. Always on the lookout for something new, I jumped at the chance for Starbucks Via instant coffee. They offer 3 varieties: Columbia, Italian Roast and Decaf Italian Roast. The Columbia is a lighter body/lighter roast, versus the darker Italian Roast. This stuff is super easy to use: add a packet to a mug, add hot water, stir and enjoy. I normally use the Italian Roast. I find it to be full bodied, strong dark roast flavor with medium to low acidity. Definitely a step up from vending machine coffee and beats having to drive to your local coffee shop during winter or rain.
